Grade VII Students Take Part in Three-Day Soldering Workshop

A three-day Soldering Workshop was held for Grade VII students on 16th and 17th June, and 25th July in Indu Hall. The objective of the workshop was to introduce students to the basics of electronics through practical activities.
The workshop was led by Mr. Jonish Raj Lama, Robotics Instructor at DAV. He taught the students how to connect electronic parts, use soldering tools, and build simple circuits.
The sessions were divided into three parts—Hands-on Experience, Tools & Techniques, and Matrix Board Soldering. Students learned how to handle tools safely, try different soldering methods, and work on matrix boards. The sessions helped them develop new skills and sparked their curiosity in electronics.
