On 22nd and 23rd February 2025, a group of 95 enthusiastic Grade VI students embarked on an enriching and adventurous educational excursion to Chitlang, marking a memorable milestone in their academic journey. The primary objective of the trip was to provide students with hands-on learning experiences, fostering a deeper appreciation for nature, culture, and teamwork. Led by dedicated teachers and accompanied by experienced guides, the young explorers immersed themselves in the scenic beauty and cultural heritage of Chitlang. The itinerary included visits to local villages, boating at the Kulekhani Dam, and insightful tours of goat cheese farms, pear farms, and organic resorts. The students had the unique opportunity to observe the traditional lifestyle of Chitlang’s residents, gaining valuable insights into local customs and practices. Stepping beyond the classroom, they engaged with real-world learning, making the journey both educational and inspiring. The students were accompanied by IX and X SEE In-charge, Mr. Narayan Khatiwada, along with middle school teachers—Mr. Aakash Bishwokarma, Mr. Binod Shrestha, Ms. Sharana Shrestha, Ms. Saguna Kasaju Shrestha, Ms. Pratikshya Ojha, and Ms. Sita Niraula—who ensured a safe and meaningful experience for the students.
