Culinary Workshop on the Eve of Janai Purnima

On 8th August 2025, a total of 20 selected students from Grade V and VI participated in a special culinary workshop held in the Home Science Lab of the Senior School to mark the eve of Janai Purnima (Rakshya Bandhan).
Vice-principal Mr. Ramchandra Khanal visited the workshop, offering words of encouragement to the young participants. Delighted to see the students preparing varieties of foods alongside their teachers, he engaged them in conversation, inquiring whether they assist their parents in the kitchen at home. He expressed his wish that they continue to help their families with the same enthusiasm they displayed during the workshop.
According to Vasudha Eco Club In-charge and HPE teacher Ms. Kusum Lama, the event aimed to celebrate Janai Purnima while enhancing the students’ culinary skills. The collaborative spirit between teachers and students, as they prepared and enjoyed the foods together, made the day both joyful and memorable. It was truly inspiring to witness the dedication and excitement of all the students.
