Khadka Honoured with Cash Prizes of NPR 2 Lakhs Each by Lalitpur Metropolitan City Office
The Lalitpur Metropolitan City Office felicitated students who achieved a perfect Grade Point Average (GPA) of 4 in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) of 2081 BS. A special award ceremony was held on Friday, 15th August 2025, at the Metropolitan City Office premises, where Mayor Shree Chiri Babu Maharjan and Deputy Mayor Manjali Shakya Bajracharya jointly honoured the 4 GPA achievers with cash prizes of NPR 2 lakhs each.
From DAV School, four students — Apekshya Shah, Nuwan Kulung Rai, Sankalpa Mani Devkota, and Soyana Khadka — proudly received these prestigious awards. They were felicitated in the gracious presence of Vice-principal Mr. Ramchandra Khanal and their delighted parents.
In recognition of its outstanding academic achievements, DAV School was also presented with a Letter of Appreciation. On behalf of the School Management, Vice-principal Mr. Ramchandra Khanal accepted the honour. Out of 227 students registered for the SEE from DAV in 2081 BS, an impressive 110 students secured A+ results.
